DSLR Video cameras are becoming ever popular for ‘film look’ production value and the small footprint of these camera systems are enabling 35mm ‘film like’ quality on tiny budgets.

Whether you are a videographer, photographer or currently shoot DSLR video, this workshop will give you tips, tricks, & insider info to deliver impactful videos. Exposure control, lenses, stabilization, frame rates, rolling shutter and much more, all covered in this intensive HandsOn workshop.

Camera & Lenses –  3 Session x3 Hrs

  1. Film vs Digital
  2. Introduction to DSLR for Film
  3. Prime Lenses, Cinematic Zoom Lenses, T-Stops & F-Stops
Dates Option 1: 9th, 11th & 13th June 2014 – 18:00 – 21:00 – €75

Dates Option 2: 28th, 30th July & 1st August 2014 – 18:00 – 21:00 – €75

This workshop is open to anyone 16+ and all classes are given in English. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptop.

All classes have a participation of a maximum of 6 students, to guarantee individual attention.

Participants are encouraged to assist on other HandsOn Malta Student’s film productions as a member of their crew, providing everyone with extensive on set experience.
